4. Application Process
When you submit a funding application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in application denial and potential legal action.
5. SMS Terms & Conditions
If you opt in to receive text messages from REI HOLDINGS LLC, the following terms apply:
Program Description: REI HOLDINGS LLC offers an SMS messaging program that sends marketing and promotional messages about our financial products and services. Messages are sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your preferences and our promotional schedule. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt-Out: You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent Not Required: Consent to receive marketing text messages is NOT a condition of purchase or use of our lending services. You may still apply for and receive funding without opting in to SMS messages.

6. Fees and Pricing
All fees, interest rates, and repayment terms are disclosed in writing before you accept any funding offer. There are no hidden fees. Specific terms vary based on loan type, amount, business profile, and creditworthiness.

8. Intellectual Property
